  • We offer domestic shipping within India and international shipping through DHL.
  • Delivery timelines: Domestic orders are delivered within 5-7 business days, and international orders within 15-20 business days.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges are allowed for defective products only and must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
  • The returned product must be sent to the return address mentioned on the shipping label in its received condition.
  • An image of the damaged product must be sent to us via email or WhatsApp before initiating the return.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method, provided the product is returned in its original condition.
